About SS Social Foundation Trust
S. S. Social Foundation Trust is an ISO-certified and government-registered autonomous organization under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Regd. No. 385/2016-17). For over eight years, it has been conducting various state and central government training programs. The Trust works in education, health, environment, and social welfare, aiming to reach every section of society. Inspired by social reformer Manyavar Kanshi Ram’s mission and the ideals of Tathagat Buddha, it promotes Samyak Shiksha (true education), Samyak Swasthya (true health), and Samyak Seva (true service) with equality, freedom, and brotherhood. Its main goal is to provide higher, technical, medical, and professional education in both urban and rural areas across India to contribute to the nation’s technological and social progress.

Adult Education Programme
Addressing the pressing issue of adult illiteracy, our NGO has initiated regular adult education programs with the assistance of dedicated volunteers. These programs have witnessed active participation from illiterate villagers, shedding a ray of hope on their path towards literacy and empowerment.
Agricultural Development/Horticulture Programme
Recognizing the abundant availability of raw materials, our NGO conducted training camps focusing on the potential within the food processing industry. These camps attracted numerous youths, some of whom have since established their own successful food processing ventures, thereby securing their livelihoods. Additionally, the program highlighted modern horticultural techniques and their benefits, culminating in a seminar on food processing industry held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
SC/ST/OBC Awareness Programme
Despite the passage of years since independence, marginalized communities such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes remain on the periphery of mainstream development. Understanding our societal responsibility, our NGO has organized various initiatives aimed at the welfare and upliftment of these communities. These programs offer technical and financial support, empowering individuals to establish their businesses and pursue higher education, thereby fostering inclusivity and empowerment.
Women Safety Awareness Programme
A pivotal initiative of our NGO involves raising public awareness and promoting proactive intervention against gender-based violence and child abuse through Women Safety Awareness programmes in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. These programmes, widely attended by rural women, serve as essential platforms for educating women about their rights, empowering them to safeguard their wellbeing.
Medicinal Plantation Programme
In commemoration of World Health Day, our society orchestrated a Medicinal Tree Plantation camp in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Members of our organization planted diverse medicinal trees across various locations, fostering a rejuvenating environment. Additionally, on World Environment Day, a seminar was convened to address the detrimental effects of pollution on human health and the ecosystem, featuring discussions by eminent speakers highlighting the urgent need for pollution control across all domains.
Rural Development Programme
In the preceding year, our NGO spearheaded several rural development camps aimed at enhancing general awareness among villagers regarding drainage systems, literacy programmes, and access to hygienic facilities, thereby facilitating an improvement in their standard of living.
Road Safety Programme
With the alarming rise in road accidents attributed to disregard for governmentmandated road safety regulations, our organization has diligently conducted numerous road safety training programs. Through a series of meetings and gatherings, we garnered significant participation from the community. The success of these training sessions across various city sectors underscores their efficacy in fostering a culture of road safety awareness.
